Zane Hildreth HELPS YOU MOVE IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION

Hi, I am Zane Hildreth! I first became interested in real estate in 2015 when I invested into a rental property. Since then I have invested in a few more. When COVID hit in the spring of 2020 I decided to take the steps and finally get my license and came to Beyond Realty shortly after.

My favorite client story: I met my client randomly as he was driving around looking at a listing I had. We talked about the house and he mentioned his family was moving to the Fargo Moorhead area from western ND for his job. After some searching we found his family dream home in the Detroit Lakes area. Throughout the process we became friends and I was happy we found him his dream home.

I am a Fargo native, although I was born in Tucson, AZ and I attended NDSU. I live in South Fargo with my French bull dog, Franklin. For the last 20 years I have worked in the family business publishing Autos & Trucks Magazine and I also run distribution for other local publications. It has been a lot of fun meeting local automotive dealers over the years and watching their businesses grow and succeed.

Being in the car business for 20 years I’ve become a car guy. I have a Blue 1969 Pontiac Firebird that I enjoy driving during the summer and some dream vehicles I’d like to own at some point.

In my free time I spend lots of hours in a car so I enjoy a good podcast or audio book. My favorite podcasts talk about movies, improv comedy, sports, current events as well as educational podcasts. I also enjoy light reading, watching movies/tv, hanging out at the lake, swimming and wakeboarding, trying new restaurants, trying to exercise and cooking. I am also long-time fan of the Minnesota Timberwolves and could talk Wolves or basketball all day! My favorite charity is the Great Plains Food Bank. Making sure people, especially children, have a meal is vital to their success.
